Head of Strategic projects & ESG of Bally
Lorenzo Centi is a professional with 16 year experience in cost reduction of goods and services, as well as in purchasing processes optimization and in organizational changes. Cross sector practice developed with a number of projects in Automotive, Luxury, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Retail and FMCG sector. Engineer graduated at Università degli study di Firenze, Lorenzo got also an MBA at Mip-Politecnico di Milano and is today at the head of Strategic projects & ESG of Bally, in Switzerland. His main interests and achievements are on material portfolio assessments, climate and decarbonization road maps and circularity.

Aurélia Cettour-Meunier leads strategic shaping and management of international projects. During her 20 years of hybrid experience for major luxury groups and digital start-ups, in marketing, communications and operations, she orchestrated brand launches, new governance scenarios, and transformation strategies.
Her experience and favorite subjects, which she has shaped in the realms of luxury and art of living (hospitality & wellness, premium food-tech, high horology, niche fragrances), cover brand equity and operational excellence, craftsmanship, societal influence and above all partnerships, with authentic, collaborative and sustainable perspectives.
Global Director of Sustainability at Breitling
Aurelia Figueroa, has over 15 years of experience developing and leading sustainability initiatives across the public and private sectors and in the fields of international diplomacy and social entrepreneurship. Her experience includes working in sustainability in the luxury industry, on climate policy as a Bosch Fellow at the German Federal Ministry for Economics and Climate Action, and at the German Institute for Development and Sustainability as a researcher on the transformation of economic and social systems. She has been recognized as an Emerging Leader in Environmental and Energy Policy by a European-Union-funded initiative led by the Ecologic Institute and the Atlantic Council, as a Catalyst by collaboratio helvetica, and as a Responsible Leader by the BMW Foundation, a community of purpose working jointly towards a more peaceful, just, and sustainable future.
Independent Director and Advisor
Matthew Kilgarriff was a long-time executive at Richemont until February 2024. Leading in finance, governance and sustainability roles over 25 years, he helped to shape a blue chip with a green blush. Matthew also served on the Boards of global sustainability bodies, including the Responsible Jewellery Council, and the Swiss Network of United Nations Global Compact.
Matthew now serves as an Independent Director and Advisor to international companies and academic institutions, including University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
